Orders over $299 are all eligible for Hiland Star Service.
To restore the whole bike puchasing expereince, for eligible orders, Hiland will bear assembly cost for customers.
We recommend customers to assemble and adjust their new bikes in a local bike shop / by professional bike technicians.
Once finished the assembly, you can contact our official email hiland_service@joykie.com to get the full assembly refund (at most $50).
